With more than 45 years of experience in the Trusts and Estates field, David is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and President of the New York City Estate Planning Council. Prior to joining the attorneys at Fulton Vittoria LLP, David served for 16 years as the partner in charge of the New York Trusts and Estates Practice at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP.
David represents individuals and fiduciaries in all aspects of Estate and Trust planning and administration, and in particular, he advises authors, playwrights, musicians and other creators of intellectual property (as well as their heirs and executors) on their unique legal issues, including serving as their counsel in the courts and before the Internal Revenue Service.
