Experience

Mr. de Peralta started his professional career practicing Trusts and Estates as an associate at the Manhattan law firm of Gerald & Lawrence Blumberg, LLP. In 2004, he expanded his practice independently concentrating on Elder Law and Special Needs Planning before joining Fulton Vittoria LLP. Mr. de Peralta earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead, New York. During law school, he interned with Vittoria, Forsythe & Purdy, LLP. Mr. de Peralta received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from San Diego State University.

Current Work

Currently, Mr. de Peralta continues to assist seniors and disabled individuals with respect to their planning for the future, including, but not limited to, the need for long-term care. His practice focuses on protecting the assets of those in need of long-term care at home or in a nursing home setting. Mr. de Peralta guides his clients through the process of outright transfers of assets and transfers to Medicaid Qualifying Trusts. Additionally, throughout his career, Mr. de Peralta has been assisting clients with estate planning, estate administration, and real estate closings.
