Ms. Maryniak earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami and received her Bachelor's Degree in English and Political Science from Hunter College, New York. While in law school, Ms. Maryniak interned with the Miami-Dade County Probate Court and the Miami-Dade County Unified Family Court, handling various types of estate and family law cases. She has extensive experience in estates and trusts administration and estate litigation matters. Ms. Maryniak is a native of Poland and is fluent in Polish.

Karolina's practice focuses on estate administration, trust administration, probate matters, accountings, estate planning, and estate tax matters generally.

Karolina is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of Florida. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Trusts and Estates Law Section, the New York City Bar Association, and the Brooklyn Women's Bar Association.
