Experience

Mr. Effron clerked for the Honorable Amalya L. Kearse of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in Manhattan, before spending six years in the litigation department of Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison, including six months in the firm’s Paris office. For the next two decades, he was a partner in the firm of Pelosi Wolf Effron & Spates, before joining Fulton Vittoria LLP in 2021. He is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.

Current Work

Mr. Effron handles a broad range of trusts and estates litigation in the Surrogate’s Courts, including will contests, turnover proceedings, contested accountings, will construction proceedings, discovery proceedings, and kinship hearings. He also litigates a wide variety of commercial and entertainment-related actions in other courts, from pre-suit negotiations through jury and bench trials.
