Prior to joining Fulton Vittoria, Mr. Tyrrell practiced at a boutique firm with a focus on sophisticated trust and estate planning, administration, and litigation. Additionally, Mr. Tyrrell represented clients in connection with both commercial and residential real estate transactions, elder law issues, and general litigation. During his studies while in law school, Mr. Tyrrell had the opportunity to study under and work both with former Surrogate's Court Judges and also esteemed scholars in the trusts and estates field. Mr. Tyrrell is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.

Current Work

Mr. Tyrrell's practice focuses on all aspects of the trust and estate arena with a particular focus on planning and administration. He also represents fiduciaries of estates and trusts from formation through administration, including accounting, probate, Surrogate’s Court proceedings and tax matters. Mr. Tyrrell is an Executive Director of the Nassau County Lawyers' Association of Long Island, and is a member of both the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
