Mr. Vittoria was the founding partner of Vittoria Purdy & Cavallaro LLP. A 1965 University of Virginia School of Law graduate, he is licensed to practice in New York. Prior to starting the firm in 1975, Mr. Vittoria was a partner for eight years at the Trusts and Estates law firm of Lovett, Vittoria, Lovett & King.

Current Work

Mr. Vittoria has developed one of the most thriving Trusts and Estates practices in New York City and Westchester County, and in doing so has represented a wide array of individuals, small companies, estates and trusts. In addition, he has also served as Executor and Trustee for numerous clients and has also served on the boards of several charitable foundations.

In addition to his Trusts and Estates practice, Mr. Vittoria also frequently provides advice with respect to ancillary matters such as small business representation, residential real estate transactions, and estate and gift taxes.
