Mr. Morello holds law degrees from both civil law (Italy) and common law (U.S.) jurisdictions. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Morello worked for an international brokerage firm, first on its European sales desk and then on its Developing Markets trading desk.

Mr. Morello joined Fulton, Rowe & Hart LLP in 2001, becoming a partner in 2007 and its managing partner in 2012.

Current Work

Mr. Morello's practice focuses on domestic and international estate planning, trusts and estates administration, and tax exempt organizations.

He regularly advises private foundations on governance, tax, domestic and international grantmaking, and compliance matters.
